A traffic stop on Route 9 in Stockport has lead to the arrest of three people on drug charges by State Police. 29 year old Meghan Herchenroder of Rensselaer and 33 year old Jason Nichols of Kinderhook were charged with Criminal possession of narcotics, a felony, Criminal possession of a controlled substance, and manufacturing drug related paraphernalia. The were both held on a bail bond. 27 year old Kayla Dugan of Kinderhook was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug related paraphernalia and released with appearance tickets for court. Police say, they recovered Heroin and Cocaine.
