It's that time of year that Davi's Delights would normally be opening for the season on Green Street in Hudson. We've learned that will not be happening this year. Instead, Davi's is being converted into a laundromat. The laundromat next door on Green Street is being moved there. We've also learned that Subway will be closing soon as well. Owner Richard Concra hopes to open in in another town at a future date. So, unfortunately, we've lost a great place for summer take-out food, and two locations that had soft ice cream.
