The Greenport man, who was caught on a security camera, breaking into the Quick Mart on Green Street in Hudson January 9th, was sentenced today to 3 to 6 years in prison.

On March 27, 2017, Honorable Richard M. Koweek sentenced Vandy Whitehead to three (3) to six (6) years with the New York State Department of Corrections and ordered him to pay $1,390 in restitution upon his conviction by plea, as indicted, of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. The Hudson Police Department investigated this matter and arrested Vandy Whitehead. The Public Defender represents Vandy Whitehead. (Indictment No. 17-002)
