We've learned a Greene County Sheriff's Deputy died this morning in a one car accident. The crash was just after 6am on Route 23 in Ashland. The car struck a utility pole on Route 23 near North Settlement Road. The drive was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Lieutenant Adam Brainard says Deputy 26 year old Kevin Haverly was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been with the department since July 2014. The accident is under investigation.
