Strong storms moved through the area starting around 6pm, with high winds, heavy rains, and thunder. Fire departments are busy across the area with dozens of reports of trees down, some road closures, and power outages. About 3000 people are without electric across Greene and Columbia Counties.
National Grid has it's biggest outages in the Stuyvesant-Kinderhook Area
The largest area affected is in the
Ancram area, where Central Hudson crews are working
In Greene County, the most outages are from Catskill, south
and Nyseg has several hundred out as well
