39 year old Allison Arnold Delong was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison, for stealing over $5000 from her clients at Serenity Care, a private home healthcare agency. She was arrested last April and plead guilty last November.
She will also have to pay $5,812.65 in restitution.

On February 17, 2017, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols sentenced Allison Arnold Delong to one (1) to three (3) years with the New York State Department of Corrections and ordered her to pay $5,812.65 in restitution upon her conviction by plea of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. The New York State Police investigated this matter and arrested Allison Arnold Delong. Ryan Cooke represents Allison Arnold Delong. (SCI No. 067-16)
