33 year old Quintin Cross of Hudson was in Columbia County Court this morning, after he was indicted by a Columbia County grand jury. The charges are 3rd degree grand larceny and nine counts of 4th degree criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies. Cross is accused of stealing money from a woman's checking/debit account. He was arrested by Hudson and State Police last September. His bail has been extended, however his travel is now restricted. A trail date has been set for July 10th in Columbia County Court.
